Ernie Conrad

I went to San Diego State and graduated in 1967 with a BS in Finance. I did some graduate school until 1968. The Viet Nam war was going full bore, so I returned to the Bay area to do my part to end it. I moved to Boulder, CO in 1969 and got married in 1971. I moved to Estes Park, CO in 1972, got divorced in 1976, and opened my own real estate company in Glen Haven, CO. I still continue to do part-time real estate, but the last three years have been brutal! I married Lila in 1995 and we do alot of fishing, hiking and traveling all over the world.

Update: On Sept 13,2013, a 1000yr flood hit our little mountain town of Glen Haven. I had measured over 11" of rain over a 3 day period at my house. 11 of 15 buildings in the core area were washed away or dozed later. My office was one that was swept away. After that, I retired. Reconstruction is still going on with new roads, power and phone lines; my subdivision has recovered completely. So, we travel more and enjoy life!

I'm thinking about it.

Lila and I went around Cape Horn on a cruise ship in February, 2012. Went to Australia and New Zealand in March, 2013. Visited Cohen and his lovely wife and all their great pets.
