Mimi died of a massive cerebral hemorrhage. She died on Nov. 16th and a Memorial has been planned on January 19th at 1:00p.m. The actual place hasn't been decided upon but it will be in the Santa Ynez Valley, where Mimi lived and there will be a reception afterward at Mimi's home in Solvang.
