February 8, 1944 ~ May 15, 2021
Susan D. Macafee, of Green Valley, AZ, passed from this life May 15, 2021 at Banner University Medical Center South in Tucson, AZ, after a short illness. Born on February 8, 1944, she was 77. She is survived by her brother, Philip Macafee, of Kentfield, CA. She was predeceased by her parents William and Laura Macafee.
During the preparation for the 50th reunion, Susan was key in finding "lost" classmates from the list we had. She also provided assistance in the website design lending her artist's expertise in color corrdination and image editing.

While I did not know Susan at all during our high school years, I will never forget her contribution to the 50th reunion. It was almost like a competition among Susan, Mike Erickson, Liz Bubb Wilson, Sylvia Talarico, and me to locate as many classmates as possible. She was amazingly successful in these efforts. Her energy, resourcefulness, skills, and persistence were evident in this -- as they clearly were in all she tackled in life.

So sad to hear we lost Sue. She was lots of fun, and we discovered that we agreed on the great value of Vitamin C and preventive medicine... Much sympathy to her family and her close friends... She was a very special person...
