Critical information on COVID 19
Posted Wednesday, April 22, 2020 02:28 PM

I am posting this information, as a semi-retired science reporter, on the COVID 19 virus for the class, due to the age bracket of the people in the Class of 1962, and for general knowledge. This information and video recently became available on April 15, from a group of critical care doctors involved with the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Working Group. The title of the video is Early Intervention Protocol for COVID-19 Can Save Lives.

"This video describes the work of five critical care specialists who are treating coronavirus patients at academic centers and other major hospitals across the United States. Through their current work, past research, and studying the findings of the Shanghai expert protocols, they have concluded that a combination of corticosteroids, high dose intravenous ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and anticoagulants, given early in the ER or hospital, can prevent the progression of the disease and reduce the need for mechanical ventilators. Their findings have not yet been widely adopted in the U.S. and they want to get the word out to save lives now."

I am posting two links to the video. The first link is to the web site for the Front Line COVID -19 Critical Care Working Group, which contains more information (down loadable PDF files) than the YouTube video. I am posting this link, as YouTube has been taking down videos by medical people, concerning the successful use of vitamin C and IV vitamin C, in various places around the world, to treat the COVID -19 virus, and prevent death. The YouTube video is located here, Early Intervention Protocol for COVID -19 Can Save Lives.
